How do the plans work?

Choose a monthly or yearly subscription for recurring credits, or a one-time pack for a single purchase. Credits are added only after payment is confirmed. These are credit-based plans, not unlimited-generation plans.

Is the yearly price charged monthly?

No. The monthly equivalent helps you compare prices, but the full yearly amount is charged at checkout. All yearly credits are issued together after payment, not in monthly instalments. Monthly and yearly plans include different credit allowances.

Do unused credits expire?

Accepted Answer

Monthly credits expire at the end of their billing period. One-time pack credits are valid for one month. Yearly credits do not expire. Each purchase keeps its own expiry date.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use Credits & billing in your dashboard to cancel automatic renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; credits already issued keep their existing expiry dates. One-time packs never renew automatically.

Can I buy extra credits while subscribed?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can buy a one-time pack without changing your subscription. Only one subscription can be active at a time, including a subscription that is scheduled to end.

What happens to an existing daily-quota plan?

Accepted Answer

Existing daily-quota plans keep their current entitlements. You can manage an existing subscription from your account page. New credit plans do not silently replace or cancel it.
